This studio is even more beautiful in person than in the photos! It's a huge space with high ceilings and comfortably accommodated 40-60 friends for my birthday party. If you want the BEST photos, this is your space. We also used the ring light for pics and we now have memories forever :) The hosts Amanda and Zachary were also very easy to communicate with and super accommodating. My only quip is that the AC is not strong at all and it got very, VERY sweaty fast, even with only 10 people the room (in July). Also beware of hefty additional cleaning costs if you're having a lot of people there. Overall though, I would recommend for a party/photoshoot/basically anything!

This space is exactly as shown in photos and has so much light coming in from all the windows. It's the perfect place for a smaller shoot, which is exactly what we needed. Amanda was also so accommodating when we needed to extend an hour, and it was such an easy and seamless interaction to get into the building and the loft. All of the decor and little details made this such a cute location for our shoot!

First time renting Zachary's studio and it definitely won't be my last! Everything is as pictured and was suitable for the event I held. I had 15 people but the space can accommodate for a much larger crowd. There was various areas people could be seated but everyone found comfort in the kitchen area/on the stairs. Zachary and Amanda are great hosts and didn't hesitate to help out if needed. There is free parking with plenty of spots and a 24 hour Sobeys 1 minute away.

The host was very patient with me, I would recommend booking any of their spaces. I was able to host my birthday party in this space with at least 40 guests. The space makes it possible for you to interact with your guests and enjoy the ambiance.

They were extremely accommodating, so helpful with everything for our shoot, communication was a breeze and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The place was so spacious and even more beautiful inside. The girls and I also loved all the decor -and when we came in the candles were already lit around the loft which was a nice touch! Will definitely come back soon!

I would say this loft is even better in real life then it is in the pictures. There is more then enough space. It’s bigger then it looks. There were different props and pieces of furniture to play with and the colour combinations were really beautiful. My photographer joked that a woman must have designed the space. Zachary was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. So much natural light. I would shoot here again in a heart beat. Highly recommend

We held a dinner party for about 40 people and it accommodate everyone comfortably. Space is unique and we loved the odds and ends of their furniture, it went perfectly with our theme. Easy access to parking lot and plenty of parking spaces. The bonus (for us) was the 24 hour grocery store right next door. Zachary communicate well with us and was very great with answering any questions we had.

The space was quite large (comfortably fitting our 7 person team) and had a variety of settings, backdrops and props to work with throughout our one day shoot. Awesome space and Amanda & Zachary are great hosts! I used this loft for a fashion photo shoot and we were able to get a wide variety of shots. This loft is more than just great windows! Along with the beautiful wall of windows, there is a big space for setting up a back drop and each area of the loft has a unique and cool look. It was easy to be inspired in this space! Amanda's space was perfect for the small video shoot we had with about 20 guests. The space was the perfect size and felt super homey, hip, and creative/professional. Getting into and out of the space was a breeze and Amanda and her boyfriend were lovely when I handed the keys off to them when they arrived after we were done shooting. Sailor the cat is very friendly, and stayed upstairs and was quiet while were shooting.
