I can't recommend this space as I wasn't even able to get in for my booking. Dylan had explained to me that he had a nut allergy and wasn't able to attend my messages. He decided to tell me 8 hours after my booking had begun at 9:00pm. I had booked this studio space from 1-4:00pm on March 10th and was never messaged back via This Open Space as to how to get in or who to call (no number was left for me to contact). I had asked the neighbouring units if they had known Dylan, and a man by the name of Juelz who worked in one of the units at the building for 15 years said he had never seen or heard of Dylan nor did he know which unit his space was in. I felt a little bit neglected about the entire situation and a bit sketched out. Not to mention I wasn't able to do my shoot I had planned to do there at all. I still have not been reimbursed for my booking as well, after Dylan said this is what he was going to do. Very poor communication, I wouldn't recommend anyone to book this space out.

Dylan was great, and his place was really nice, had great light, and worked well for our needs. Only thing to keep in mind if you have a lot of gear, his place is on the fourth floor of the building, and there is no elevator access. The good news is that you will definitely get your work out for the day :)

Dylan is awesome to deal with. Very prompt and very kind! His loft is stunning, full of character, we can't wait to shoot there again!
