The photos of this place are legit and the real deal. It’s bright, and fairly spacious. That said, there was no mention of a long dark narrow stair case on an increasing incline which made carrying equipment an unexpected hassle. We booked for a quick interview with some very prominent talent and were disgusted when we entered to discover the entire place wreaked of weed. Unprofessional. Further, there was no mention of cats and I’m thankful my talent wasn’t allergic but the amount of cat hair around cling to equipment and clothes. Not super impressed. Just average but disappointed. 3/5.
Hey Rob! Thanks for the feedback! Apologies if the mention of the cat and stairs were not clear. We've updated the description to reflect that! We have never had issues with cat hair (as she is a medium haired cat that stays in the bedroom mostly) but understand the concern about allergies. Apologies if you felt the space wasn't professional - this is our home and we're happy to share it with creators that are expecting a lived-in space. We are very surprised by the mention of a weed smell, I'm not sure how that's the case as no one has recently smoked weed in the apartment. We do live on Queen St W and there was a street festival happening that day so maybe that had an impact. Thanks again and have a great day! P

This is a fantastic and beautiful space. I shot some videos here and my entire team was stunned by how gorgeous everything was - from the exposed brick to the adorable decor. There was a steep climb up stairs to get to the space, but totally worth it.
