This place is absolutely stunning. The day we were there happened to be cloudy, which was unfortunate, but if you can get there on a sunny day, it looks like you'll have some amazing light in those windows. The kitchen area is a little dark, so I'd also recommend bringing artificial light for any shots in there, but it's not absolutely necessary. Overall, amazing space. No problems.

I have used Lovt Studios very often with Zach and Amanda. I have a relationship with them, so when I saw the East Studio I was referred to Ashley. This was my first time using the East studio. I loved the space. Looks exactly like the pictures. Prior to using the studio, I wanted to view the studio before with Ashley and she was very kind enough to agree. I had a personal emergency to attend to and I didn't show up. I am very sorry for that. We are professionals and that was not right for me to not get in touch. I felt as though there was a lack of care or grace for me in something that was out of my control. My intention was not to ghost you at all. I still paid money to use the studio, as a customer I deserve at least some kind of compassion. I honestly wanted to leave a glowing review because of Zach and Amanda, but I can't because of the following reasons: The studio lacks a number to get in touch with Ashley. Which is super crucial especially for first time studio users. The building is very hard to find. The studio was very hot. Very Very hot.

I'm sorry you don't feel like I don't hold compassion for you, I completely understand life gets busy and we can't make things, but as a professional photographer and business owner as well, I take my integrity and communication very seriously. To not tell me that you weren't able to make your viewing in advance, and then not even follow up and just leave me waiting, not to mention not following up at all after I reached out to you was quite disrespectful in my books. This app makes it very easy to message or call me. I spend 45min travelling to the studio each way to make client viewings a personal experience. The fact that you never showed and never told me or followed up really rubbed me the wrong way. I would have appreciated a followup and of course would have understood. As per your complaints, I just have to be honest with responding to your feedback back to you as I feel like you're a bit upset but to set the record clear, the studio does NOT lack a phone number, it is available within this app. You can call via this app or message me by phone anytime, that is why I use this amazing platform. Sorry you had difficulty finding the building, I give quite an accurate and detailed description in the access info in your Itinerary. As for the heat, I do apologize as yes, the studio does get hot as it faces the sun all day and it's a very difficult space to cool. I always want to give people a realistic expectation of my space that is why I explicitly warned of it in my studio description. Sorry it wasn't up to your expectation.

This space is a perfect spot for photography. It has the nicest color scheme, diverse backdrops, and is already staged beautifully for photography. Ashley was quick to answer any questions and was super accommodating. This space is a gem and I will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful space, so many opportunities for different vignettes. Ashley was easy to communicate with and the loft had everything we needed. FYI, as stated in the description, it does get hot. We were a team of 9 and brought 3 extra fans and were still melting so keep that in mind if it's a warm day or you have more people.

Ashley's Lovt Studio East was an amazing space to work in. We were a crew of 4 people (stylist, MUA, model, myself) and were able to work within it without much issue. There are so many ways to use the space and furniture within it, I easily had 7 different set ups and looks and nothing looked like a repeat.

Ashley has created a versatile, well-curated, well-lit and beautiful space! There are SO many options available for your shoot with dozens of corners/nooks/backdrops easily made with different furniture pieces, moving curtain walls. I thought I had overbooked my time but in fact we could have stayed all day!
