This space consists of our Retail Lab & the SoHo Beacon. Our Retail Lab is a meta-discovery studio and multi-sensory tasting room located in the heart of SoHo’s unofficial fragrance district.

Our Gathering Table, located in the middle of the studio for showcase (18 ft. by 3ft.), is available at an hourly, half-day, and ten hour cost option. While Gathering Table space will be yours, the studio will remain open for all guests to enjoy.

The SoHo Beacon is a private club room with the entire space available for private events and can hold up to 75 guests. We are pleased to offer catering and cocktail options, and are happy to host private events both during and after store hours!

Catering, live A/V, production available - please inquire. All outside DJs, sponsors, and caterers are required to meet with management prior to the event. All A/V must be tested 24 hours before the event date.

There is no outside beverage or food to be brought into Perfumarie unless previously approved by management. If beverage and/or food are approved, they are subject to an outside catering fee or corkage fee of $15/bottle.

Orders are required 48 hours in advance. A guarantee of the exact number of guests 5 business days prior to the event.

The event must be confirmed and shall begin and end at the contracted times in the designated space reserved for the Host's group, including agreed upon load in and load out. Please note that late arrivals could interfere with the timing and quality of service for your event.

The Host must agree to conduct the function in an orderly manner and assume the responsibility for any and all damages caused by any personnel under the employment of event host and/or invitees/guests of the event, except to the extent arising out of or resulting from the negligence or willful misconduct of Perfumarie, its employees, agents, contractors, or representatives. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized use of equipment. Access for minors (under the age of 21) is prohibited for events that serve alcohol unless approved by the manager in advance.
