We are a modest hidden-gem, Southern inspired cafe in charming Mount Pleasant. The space was formerly the home of the proprietor and remains full of her treasures, books and furnishings. A licensed business in a heritage building boasting a sidewalk garden, dining room, kitchen, loft, dark- room and has a loyal local following and resounding international acclaim.
The owner, Elizabeth, will sublease for flexible dates preferably in 1-3 week blocks. We are an excellent and singular location for pop-dinners, bistro or coffee counter, workshops (such as bread-making or canning) or temporary retail space. Pricing is negotiable for long term bookings as well as low-impact uses such as a retail pop-up. Send in your request for details.
Bonus: Temporary Liquor Licence can be retained for events. All glassware, flatware and amenities are provided as well as a stocked pantry.
