The space features 12' ceilings, weathered hardwood floors, loads of natural light, plants, DIY furniture plus three bedrooms, a kitchen with moveable island, and a tropical inspired bathroom. One flight up is a a huge roof with city views. Outside, the neighborhood is a mix of industrial, residential, and park spaces so it's a great blend of Greenery & Graffiti for use as a location beyond the loft walls.

Mon-Fri Commercial/Advertising jobs: $200/hr
WEEKENDS (Sat & Sun):
Personal shoots: $150/hr
Advertising jobs: $250/hr
