Unique And Spacious Loft For Events
My loft occupies an entire floor in a commercial building in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Rent the entire space for up to 100 guests. The venue features state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, built in music, comfortable vintage styled seating, two bar station, full kitchen, game room, and lounge area. Hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and expansive windows create a warm and welcoming environment.
The venue is fully equipped with the following amenities: vintage-styled sofas, vintage bathtub to chill beverages, two restrooms, two bars, 20 x 20ft projection screen, 60" flat screen smart TV, cable with sports package channels, Xbox console, Apple TV, glassware, poker table, dinner and or conference table, private kitchenette, oven, domestic sized refrigerator with freezer, microwave, wi-fi, built-in sound system with plug in play for iPhone or iPad.
An event manager, doorman, bartender, bar-back, coat check hostess and or busser are included in the rental rate. Complimentary use of our glassware, ice buckets, drink dispensers as well as ice and supplies such as hand towels, hand soap, and toiletries are included. The venue also includes Wi-Fi, 20 x 20ft projection screen, full kitchen and a list of others amenities at no additional cost. Our staff is responsible for cleaning after every event so you can spend time with your guests without the hassle of cleaning after.
The $150/hr rate is for off-site meetings and or film shoots before 6pm.
The $300/hr rate is for business networking events and mixers after 6pm where food and or liquor will be served.
Our buyout rates are for private events such as birthday parties.

We provide open bar packages that include, two bartenders, vintage tub filled with ice for beer, garnishes, mixers, barware, and crystal glassware. We do allow for outside liquor to be brought in but we require that our bartenders be used only. We also work with a preferred caterer that we can refer to you for your event but we do allow for outside catering or food to be brought in. Servers are also available for hire at a rate of $40/hr.

Events are not allowed to go past 2am
Event rental time frame must include time needed for set up and clean up.
Guests may bring in their own food or alcohol.
Alcohol may be served but not sold.
Furniture can be rearranged but must be moved back to its original location before leaving the venue.
There is no smoking allowed in the venue.
No glitter, sparklers, candles or confetti are allowed.
No pets or animals are allowed.
