Unique And Spacious Loft For Events
Our private loft occupies an entire floor in a commercial building located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan steps away from Bryant Park. Rent our entire venue to host your event for up to 100 guests. The venue features state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, built-in music, comfortable vintage styled seating, bar station, full kitchen, game room for poker or blackjack or use of a custom made tabletop to use as a food serving station for your guests. Hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, expansive windows, and beautiful vintage styled rugs that create a warm and welcoming environment.
The venue is fully equipped with the following amenities: vintage-style sofas, vintage bathtub to chill champagne and beer, two restrooms, bar station, 20 x 20ft projection screen, smart TV, cable sports channel package, dinner/conference table, 2 Xbox consoles, poker table for poker or blackjack, private kitchenette, oven, domestic sized refrigerator with freezer, microwave, crystal glassware, ice buckets, crystal drink dispensers, wi-fi, built-in sound system, iPad with premium Spotify account and many other amenities that are included in our rental rate.
An event manager, bartender, bar-back, coat check hostess, door hostess are included in the rental rate. Complimentary use of our crystal glassware, ice buckets, crystal drink dispensers as well as ice and supplies such as hand towels, hand soap, and toiletries are also included. Our staff is responsible for cleaning after every event so you can spend time with your guests without the hassle of cleaning after.
Our $500/hr rental rate is for business networking events and mixers held after 6pm Monday through Thursday where food and drinks will be served for a 4-hour minimum.

We provide open bar packages that include our vintage bathtub filled with ice to chill champagne and beer, bottled water, garnishes, and mixers. We do allow for outside liquor to be brought in but we require that our bartenders be used only. We also work with a preferred caterer that we can refer to you for your event but we do allow for outside catering or food to be brought in.

Events are not allowed to go past 2am
Event rental time frame must include time needed for set up and clean up.
Guests may bring in their own food or alcohol.
Alcohol may be served but not sold.
Furniture can be rearranged but must be moved back to its original location before leaving the venue.
There is no smoking allowed in the venue.
No glitter, sparklers, candles or confetti are allowed.
No pets or animals are allowed.
