The Forum is a collaborative space with flexible and reconfigurable furnishings. The space is ideal for monthly/annual/regularly scheduled events such as corporate meetings, conferences, brainstorming sessions, etc. The entire space is available to you. We don't rent out single rooms.
East, South and West Walls have exposed brick walls and big windows. The building used to be a uniform factory and is an office building today. Adjacent to The Forum is a small enclosed office that accommodates 4 seated.
There is a washroom in the floor, a kitchenette (no stove), elevator and a single flight of stairs to the parking lot.
Cleaning Fee: $300
Minimum Booking: 4 hours
Catering is allowed through our preferred caterers.
Event support staff is required, also through our preferred vendors.
The space is very appealing cosmetically and the location is great. Paulina was very helpful in setting everything up and answering all my questions. Overall, I had a very good experience with this space and Paulina. The only complaint I would have is that you have to wait for either Paulina or her co-worker to arrive in order to let you in and a few mornings they were late.
