Versatile Space In Bushwick

1300 SqFt (Shared Space)

About

Storefront and studio space right off the Morgan Ave L train stop. We have hosted a handful of popup and shopping events, fashion shows, and workshops. The front of the space is our storefront on the ground level with regular foot traffic and established customer base. The open space is a short set of stairs up above and overlooking the store, with great light and 3 big lovely windows . A communal studio and workspace, we welcome the public to use as needed hourly, daily, weekly or monthly. If you have an event or production and are in need of the whole studio, we are glad to work with you. Tables, chairs, racks, hangers, changing rooms, etc are available included in fee. There is a restroom and washout sink on the ground level, but unfortunately no kitchen. However we do have a mini fridge and can accommodate you if you want food served. Just contact us with your ideas and any questions you might have! Glad to help!

Not recommended for retail.
