This beautiful open space with loft has all the character and comfort you'll need for the perfect photo for video shoot, or quiet intimate meeting or gathering. The building was originally a factory that was converted into studios and managed to keep all of the character that gives this space its charm.
Exposed brick, iron girder's, clear glass swing and a huge retractable antique chandelier are just some of the many features of this space. North facing windows ensure great light for any photo shoot or corporate video shoot. It also boasts a full modern kitchen, 3 piece private washroom, forced air heating and air conditioning and parking. This space offers a lot of options and makes it easy to create in.

This studio loft was just perfect. Many cool features to use and equipment there already. Rohan & Ted were incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating for our production. One of the best studios I've rented in the city! Highly recommend.

Rohan is an amazing person to work with. He is incredibly hospitable and was extremely helpful with any issues we ran into during our production. The space is incredible and has everything and anything you may need to accomplish your creative goal.
