Here is our rental breakdown:
Rental time includes your set up/tear down. Please consider this when booking and allow enough time to load in, set up, tear down and clean up. This is our beloved studio space! Please take good care of it :)
*Bookings taking place before/after store hours additional fee: Hourly rate +$25/hr Onsite staffing fee
LATE FEE: We reserve the right to charge an additional fee of $25/per15min if you surpass the agreed upon rental time as outlined in the agreement.
Decorations are permitted with the stipulation that they do not damage any of our furniture or walls. We've decorated the space a bunch for different events and would be happy to help you with planning this part!
*Absolutely NO GLITTER permitted. No exceptions.
Special Occasions Permit (SOP)*if applicable :
If you are planning to serve alcohol at your reception or private event, we require you to obtain a Special Occasions Permit for your event and hire a Smart Serve Certified Bartender to serve any alcoholic beverages. You will need to submit your SOP to ARTiculations no later than 14 business days before your event. We would be happy to help guide you through this process.
