Having trouble finding a small wedding reception venue that's private, centrally located, nicely designed and includes many event-hosting essentials in the cost such as tables, chairs, tableware, glasses, linens etc?

This is a Do-It-Yourself space where everything is included in the rental and you can create your own unique and nostalgia-inspired small wedding reception for 50 people or less without breaking the bank!

Bring your own food & alcohol or caterer, decorate to create your style and invite your guests for a magical event.
Our goal is to help you host your small wedding with whimsy and style while keeping it budget friendly.

LOCATION:
This beautiful venue is located in an historic building built in 1898, in the heart of Montreal's popular, downtown Plateau District on rue St Denis between Duluth and Rachel streets. It's convenient location is only a 7-8 minute walk from either Mount-Royal or Sherbrooke Metro stations making it easily accessible.

DESIGN:
We have retained the original character of the heritage building with an exposed stone foundation wall that runs the length of the space along with the original pale green, stone floor.

The space has been renovated with a fun vintage-style that includes bead board walls, retro lighting and fabrics and vintage-style tables, chairs and furniture.

There is a mix of folding and fixed tables and chairs which allows for maximum versatility when setting up for your specific requirements.

If you have no budget for decorations - don't worry! The space's natural warmth and charm can easily be spruced up just with candles and string lights!

CAPACITY:
Running the length of the beautiful foundation wall is a comfortable banquette (upholstered in retro-fabulous tropical fabrics!) with tables and seating for 32 people.
In the middle of the space there is seating for another 18 making it possible to have 50 seated.
Other configurations for cocktail-style or more casual events are possible as well.

At the front of the space there is a bar area complete with:
* 6’ Marble counter
* 6’ Bar fridge with counter
* 30” wide sink with spray faucet
* Open shelving for alcohol & glass storage
Works well if you only require wine and beer service but can work as full-service bar as well!

On the opposite side of the space is a full kitchen complete with:
* 36" Fridge
* 36" Freezer
* 5-Tier commercial oven with cooling racks
* 20 Tray mobile pan rack with trays
* Non-commercial 4-burner electric stove with oven
* 600 cfm exhaust hood
* 6' Butcher-block prep counter
* 4' Stainless-steel prep counter
* Commercial coffee maker with 4 insulated beverage dispensers

* $1500 + tx: Saturdays (2PM – 1AM)
* $1200 + tx: Fridays (2PM- 1AM)
* $1000 + tx: Mon- Thurs (2PM – 1AM)
* $150 Cleaning Fee on all rentals
* $500 Security deposit required on all rentals

PARKING:
* There is a municipal parking lot 1½ blocks away from the space where guests can park their cars
from 4PM-3AM for $8
* Street parking with meters is available on St Denis street as well
