The space flows seamlessly between 4 open plan areas, allowing you to create different environments in each.
Featuring timber floors, white walls, dimmer lights, heating and air conditioning, full kitchen, 6 brand new separate washrooms. Located on the second floor with stair access at the front and back and a loading area in the car park.
The Delisle Space is centrally located between some of Toronto's most affluent neighbourhoods (Rosedale, Summer Hill, Forest Hill). During the week, this unique neighbourhood welcomes thousands of working professionals who frequently step out to enjoy the local shops and businesses. Being only steps away from the St. Clair Subway station, your location will be close to an intersection that has over 100,000 people passing through it daily with a combination of parents, teens, and young professionals.

Guests are responsible for obtaining a Liquor Licence. This is venue booking only - Guests will need to bring in external catering, furniture supplies, audio, security as required.
Decor is allowed as long as there are no marks/ holes left on the wall afterwards. If being used for a gallery, please read the note above about additional fees.

Amazing space! Has everything you need for any event! We were very happy with this space :)
This was a great space! Perfect for pur graduation celebration. We hosted 100 people and the space was great because we could dine in one place and dance in another. This really helps with clean up and set up. We served food from the same area we danced in so everything was really spread out which was great. It's a blank canvas so we were able to create our theme as we pleased. Our guests loved the space. Even though there is no parking on site it was no problem for people to find lots near by. Jessica was easy to communicate with and helped answer all pur questions along the way.

It was such a pleasure working with Jessica, she was easy to reach and answered all my questions. My team and I hosted a charity art exhibit for 200 guests and the process to book was seemless. The space is a great blank canvas for any kind of event! Thank you!
