PRICES FOR MEETINGS, WORKSHOPS, & EVENTS WITHOUT ALCOHOL:
40 people or less - $68/hour (includes tax)
41-70 people - $85/hour (includes tax)
71-110 people - $117/hour (includes tax)
(5 hour minimum booking time)
We also include tables and chairs in the above rates if you need them. Note that the advertised day rate ($544) is based on an 8-hour booking for a group size of 40 people or less, but longer bookings can be made at the above rates. Saturdays may have higher minimums depending on the time of day (e.g. morning vs. evening).

A few pieces of stylish furniture are already included with the room rental, as well as folding tables and chairs (advance notice required for setup of tables and chairs)
The Mezzanine room is a flexible meeting and event space, used by high profile renters such as Nike, Adobe, Hootsuite, and Lululemon, among others. Impress your guests with our unique and energizing space that has natural light, exposed beams, modern and stylish decor, and a great location. Suitable for meetings, production, or events. We now have improved WIFI to better serve software training needs. We have 150 Mbps download speed with 15 Mbps upload speed via enterprise-class WIFI access points.
PRICES FOR EVENTS WITH ALCOHOL:
This listing is for DRY meetings, workshops and events, whereas we have a different listing for events with alcohol. Please view pricing for licensed events here: https://thisopenspace.com/spaces/1073. Events with alcohol have higher pricing because we are very limited in how many licensed events we can have. Please send requests for licensed events to the above listing instead of this one.
Room capacity is 110 standing, 100 seated.
NOTE RE: BOOKING TIMES:
We usually only book meeting and workshop rentals on weekdays before 6pm because we also have some production and studio rooms in the same building. During the day we block off nearby production rooms in order for the event space to be quiet for meetings and small-group rentals, whereas we can't do this on weekday evenings or on weekend afternoons/evenings. There's a not a huge amount of noise transfer as the studio rooms are fairly soundproofed and it would be background noise. If your event is social, casual, or will have background music then it would be fine to book on evenings and weekends. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Please note that in order to complete the booking process, we require a rental agreement also be filled out and signed (this can be done digitally if the renter prefers).

Renters can bring in their own A/V or furniture at no extra cost, or you can rent ours if you prefer
Certificate of insurance is required. Note for business renters - this is often free of charge from your insurance provider if you already have commercial business insurance.

This space was fantastic for our team meeting. It was close to transit and easy to find. Karen was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive to all my e-mails. We definitely hope to use this space again in the future for other meetings (it is a very versatile space) and I would highly recommend it to others.

Love this space! I had a party here with 50 guests, got plenty of room for decoration and furniture. The space itself, the refrigerator, and the washrooms were clean and nice. Everything was perfect. Karen always responds in time and is very patient and helpful. Would definitely consider to come back for another even.
