Once a metal factory, our large space is industrial, yet elegant and beautifully light-filled.
There are 2 distinct venue rental scenarios:
1. Our entire venue including Cafe and Tasting Room for EVENING RENTALS only. We price this according to day of week, high or low season, and considering length of time. The price ranges from $1000 for non-profit organizations to $3000 for weekend evening rentals suitable for a wedding or similar party.
The event area is 2600 sq ft featuring exposed brick, high ceilings, west-facing windows and a view of the coffee roastery. We can accommodate 100 seated for dining or 150+ cocktail style.
Three roll-up doors to a small outdoor patio adds flow from the indoors out. We have a gorgeous bar and industrial kitchen with walk-in fridge and freezer, enough room for dancing, all wheelchair accessible. And of course, we can provide an outstanding coffee service! Our space has hosted many wonderful evening events; Dinner clubs, pop-up events, fundraisers, fashion events, film location, corporate events, book launches, special parties and many weddings.
2. Tasting Room only (20 people max) for daytime rentals during our cafe hours (8am-5pm), Wednesdays-Sundays.
We charge an hourly fee of $60/hour. This room can accommodate up to 20-25 people maximum and is recommended for offsite meetings, retail pop-ups other smaller [email hidden] is separate but has a view of the cafe on one side and the coffee roastery on the other.
