Bright Open Concept Retail Space

A minimalist, open-concept space in a high-traffic area of Bloor West with hardwood floors, white walls, wooden accents, bright front window, washroom, storage room, kitchenette and one parking space in back.

Included in the space is a beautiful, custom front desk, hanging coat rack, modern shelving and black leather couch. The 3 stylist chairs can be moved and/or removed if required.

The space is available Sundays and Mondays for fitness classes, events, meetings, production, photoshoots etc., hourly rate negotiable. As well, we are looking for a retail shop to take over the space for 2 -3 weeks in September while we travel.

All products, chairs, branding etc. will be removed as needed, and a manager will be available for the entire duration of your rental period.
