Massive New York City Style Loft

this is a beautiful 1,700 + sq ft loft with high ceilings. It has big windows to let in lots of natural light. The space is located on the 3rd floor, so out of the floor to ceiling windows is a nice view of DTLA. There is an elevator with the option of stairs.

This space can be used for private dinners, pop-up shops, art exhibitions, Artist listening sessions etc.

When you book the loft, you have creative control on how you want it to look. All the furniture, paintings etc can be moved around to your liking, except for the TV that is mounted on the wall.

Kitchen: Fully equipped!! I host brunches and dinner parties at the loft very often. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Plates (50), bowls (50), wine glasses (50), cutlery, drink dispensers etc. Kitchen also has a toaster, coffee maker, oven and blender.

Bathroom: Shower and toilet

Parking: The loft doesn't come with parking but there are three reasonably priced parking lots next to the loft and street parking as well.
