Great location right off Melrose and Fairfax, this space includes access to sitting/lounge area, kitchen, photoshoot space, and glam room.

Photoshoot Area: Equipped with sound system, seamless paper wall mount for backdrops, rolling racks for garments, desk + chair. *Lights + other photo equipment not provided. Sliding door to shut off photo + glam room access from kitchen + sitting area space.

Glam Room: Definitely photo op worthy, includes couch seating, 3 glam chairs with large makeup counter space, fan, makeup light, large floor length mirror, and garment rack. Sliding door closes off this space from the photoshoot area for privacy.

Kitchen: Includes large island area with sitting for 8 people, mini fridge, beverage cooler, coffee station, microwave, sink, and television. Door access to outside back lot area, easy for transporting items to and form vehicles.

Sitting Area: Table + chairs for lounging as well as photo op area with chair, palm tree, and neon sign.

*During the week this space is shared with office personal, there are sliding doors to separate the space but please note office employees may be on site as well, however, they will not be in photoshoot or glam room area. Small, singular bathroom is shared on office space side which can be used by guests who rent this space. It's a super fun, creative environment that we are excited to rent out.
