Centrally located just off Cambie Street in Mt. Pleasant, our brand new multi-purpose, self-contained space offers modern design with full kitchen, lounge area and patio. Make this space your own with flexible tables and seating, a large island to saddle up to, and everything you need for professional presentations, training and workshops.

We are within walking and transit distance from Main Street, Cambie Street, West Broadway and Olympic Village. Situated next to a large grassy park, awesome coffee shops, hip brewers and tasty lunch spots makes it easy to break out or cater in.

We offer:
- Full kitchen with oven (no stovetop), fridge, microwave & coffee maker
- Plates, bowls, mugs, cups & cutlery for up to 20 people
- Lounge area
- Tables (2 x 5 feet) & chairs for up to 35 people (can be cleared out for more formal events, and additional folding chairs available if needed)
- Audio/Visual set-up including HD projector, 100" screen, and Bose speaker
- South facing, large patio access
- Two washrooms
- Space Dimension: approx 28 feet x 45 feet.
- Capacity up to about 50 people

We do require a liquor license when alcohol is being served.

The event space is part a shared workspace and community for entrepreneurs and freelancers, but it is a private, self-contained space within a newly renovated floor.

We typically charge an extra $100 if there is catering involved in the event and another $100 if there is alcohol involved - due to additional wear and tear, coordination and liability.

We require the space to be clean and after you leave, so please include this in your amount of time for booking. We will do the final clean and remove garbage after you've left.

Everything was great. Space was clean, functional, bright and felt just like hosting in my own home. The only feedback I have is that the space could use some sound absorption of some kind. It was pretty noise with 30+ ppl in the room. A large carpet would be a great addition to offer future renters of the space.

We used Mitchell's space for our wedding rehearsal. The space was clean and ready for us to use when we arrived. Communication with Mitchell and Amber was clear and they responded to any queries very quickly. The instructions sent out for accessing and utilizing the space were very clear and sent out well in advance which helped to make sure that everything went smoothly on the day. Would highly recommend Mitchell, Amber and the space!

Great space! We used this space to host a re-launch party for one of our products with approximately 35-40 guests. Clean, bright and we especially loved the large kitchen area and patio. Very easy to park, set up and move all of our supplies in and out. Mitchell was very helpful to work with as well.

This was a wonderful space to use and Mitchell was friendly, fast and efficient, as were the rest of the team at Suite Genius. The space is flexible and modern and has everything you could possibly need. I will definitely book it again and recommend it to others!

We used the space for a general meeting and it was perfect. Very open sunny and inviting with the necessary projection equipment we needed. Mitchell was great to work with. Given this was our first time using such a space he was very accommodating for our variable timeframe, all my questions, and readily available. Mitchell was also a lifesaver when we misunderstood the access code and could not access the building after hours and 30 minutes before the meeting was to start I thought OMG!! What now....it’s after hours and everyone has quit for the day? However, even after hours Mitchell was quick to respond to my urgent email and provide the correct code. Whew! Thank you Mitchell for being there for us even after hours!! You’re the best. Cheers John

Space was perfect for our firm retreat (28 people). Really appreciated having the kitchen, seating area and deck, the projector worked effortlessly and the room set-up worked for us. Highly recommend.
