***PLEASE NOTE: rental rates will vary based on length and type of rental use -- once all details are confirmed you will receive a custom quote. ***
This is one of Toronto's oldest and most unique loft buildings. Originally a sewing machine factory from the late 1800s. The creative building has been inhabited by artists since the 1960's; the longtime resident artist's works still hang on the walls alongside new pieces from the next generation.
The loft space includes a large main space perfect for photo / film shoots, with white brick walls and lots of natural light. A massive rooftop is accessible up the ladder from the kitchen and has a spectacular 360-degree view of Toronto's skyline. The Art Loft is an intimate musical venue for monthly performances by singer-songwriters. We also selectively host small-scale private events so tell us what you have in mind -- sorry, no late-night parties after 11pm.
