Storefront Window Display

This is a small storefront space within a designer coworking studio in the Fraserhood. We are sandwiched between a great coffee shop and bakery along with other shops. The space features a large window and an independent door with a backdrop of custom white pegboard with custom made wood pegs and shelving for your use. Vinyl graphics can be installed on the wall as well as on the large window, at our discretion.

We are looking for well designed visual concepts which align well with our aesthetic and vision for this shared space. Pop-up installations are subject to review and approval, we welcome your submissions.

Pricing - there are two ways you can use the space:

1. Window Display Installation (no active retail sales) Minimum 1 week booking
Use our window as a display for your ideas or products, but no sales transactions.
Weekly : $350
Monthly : $1000

2. Retail Pop-up
Use this small storefront PLUS the adjacent event area on the weekends to sell and show your products, you will be able to use the space to run your own pop-up shop.
Weekends only : $100/hour with a 4 hour minimum.

Storefront Dimensions:
Floor Area: 120-185 sqft with a ceiling height of 9ft.
Pegboard surface : 6'-5" high, 15'-8" long.
Wall surface : 9'x8'
Window: Full height 9' x 17'
