You are responsible for getting any additional permits you might need.
You will need a Certificate of Insurance for your event, and add us as "Additional Insured."
We will provide the space broomswept, and ask that you return it in original condition and broomswept.
If you require cleaning before, during or after your event, you can either do it yourself, or we will hire a company for $450 per cleaning (mop all floors, wipe down bathrooms).
Please note that the place is white-boxed, and you will need to arrange for your own tables, chairs, and furniture.
Please note that there is no garbage pickup at the building, you are responsible for disposal and pickup of all garbage during and after your event. (You cannot leave it in the venue or on the sidewalk).
The space was exactly how described. Janet and her assitant were more than helpful and communicative, responses didn't take more than a day. Only thing I will tell people to be aware is the extra fee of bout $125 to get insurance. This is not mentioned anywhere on this site but Janet/Assistant says this is a standard for renting any place. Also upon receiving the place it was not completely empty or clean. Someone who rented the night before left most of their stuff so it also took up some of our time to have all the items/garbage removed. Other than that everything went smoothly. Janet and her assistant were VERY accommodating and open to negotiations. Would book again.
