True New York style loft in the heart of Gastown. 1906 brick and concrete construction completely restored in 2006. This grand open concept includes 14’ high ceilings, concrete floors, visible piping and minimal modern walls.
A true example of a heritage conversion building in Vancouver. Huge deck overlooking Vancouver’s cityscape as well as a smaller rooftop deck with panoramic city, water and mountain views.

The Day-rate is for an 8 hour day. Hourly Rate applies after 8 hours.
ROOFTOP:
MUST remain in the railing area of the rooftop patio.
NO ACCESS to the actual rooftop. This is subject to Strata's approval and not included in the rental fee.
These fees are for smaller shoots etc. Commercial work will be quoted on the basis of the production.
The cleaning fee will be adjusted according to the number of people and time rented if needed.

Erich was very accommodating and friendly - he gave us the space/privacy we needed to work but was very available for us if we needed anything. The space was great and had lots of natural light which was exactly what we needed. Would recommend!

The studio is exactly as described with beautiful furniture and lots of natural lighting. Erich even let us use a few of his photography equipment. Definitely would book here again if another photoshoot opportunity arises. Thank you Erich! It was great meeting you.

Erich and Prudence were absolutely fantastic! Erich was the one who responded to all my questions and messages. Replies were always prompt and with all the necessary information. Erich was also exceptionally helpful and allowed us to use a lot of his photography gear (reflectors, extension cords, trigger cables). They were completely gracious and lovely and I am definitely coming back to this space because of them. The space itself is gorgeous and the huge south facing windows provided so much beautiful natural light. I mentioned to Prudence that those windows were worth millions.
