The North Lobby of 28 Liberty is an open, airy space that can be converted for semi-private event or production use. The space serves as the rear lobby (not the main lobby) of the iconic 60-story tower in the heart of Lower Manhattan, and can be cordoned off to the public. In May 2018, the property's North Plaza space will once again reopen after a period of reconstruction. The Plaza adjoins to the North Lobby, allowing for a unique, private, indoor/outdoor flow-through event.
Portions of the space will be considered for short- and long-term retail pop-ups. Inquire for specific retail pricing.
Pricing available for use of the full, half, or quarter floor, and for full-day and half-day. Special rates for setup/teardown days. Special rates for nonprofits. Furniture and AV equipment rental available.
