This is a beautiful intimate Parisian style event space. The area consists of 500 sq. feet of space in total.
350 sq feet of space is newly renovated which includes:

The remaining 150 sq feet is optional for use or can be closed off with a curtain ( blush rose high quality curtain already installed) This area includes:
> Mini kitchenette (sink)
> Tea Kettle
> Single Burner
> Ideal for storage of any sort /catering set up
This space is ideal for:
> Cocktail reception (standing only) The space is somewhat narrow so to set up tables and chairs it would be tight to move around and can get uncomfortable. However, a standing cocktail reception is perfect. The shelves and console tables are perfect for laying down Hors D'oeuvres, desserts and drink stations. The shelves would also be ideal for placements of party favours, photographs, or things which your guests can interact with.
I am smart serve certified which means I have the ability to legally serve alcohol to patrons. If you are interested in this I can work any event for $40/hr. Any alcohol brought into this space is BYOB.
