Our 5200 sq ft facility has multiple heavy bags, a full size boxing ring, and MMA cage. We have a 1500 sq ft (50 ft by 30 ft) uninterrupted, open space that is carpeted, and is equipped with 2 inch soft padding underneath, as well as a full wall of mirrors. Our weight area is fully equipped with dumbbells, Olympic bars, weight plates, and rubber bumper plates.

No outside shoes can be worn on the workout areas.
All participants must sign a waiver before engaging in any activities.
Use of equipment such as boxing gloves, mitts, or kicking shields require permission from us.
If we deem an activity to be a misuse of the facility or equipment, the guest must stop the activity immediately.
