The Historic Junction District is your next pop-up or event space, bursting with many new fusion shops and eateries within a vibrant community. Located East of Keele at the corner of Keele and Dundas Street West, is a new store location restored with its original brick walls throughout, glamorous crystal chandeliers, exposed ducting and other industrial fixtures, and large folding glass doors, makes this space a must-see!

Currently a fusion shop of vintage furnishings with made-to-order items and local handcrafted finds occupies the space. Looking to enhance our local talent, we introduce POP UP 2828, a pop up space available to feature local artisans, every weekend, weekly or monthly, starting September 16th 2017.

We welcome fashion, food and drink, art and handcrafted goods that are Canadian made!

The minimum space available for pop-up starts at 50 sq ft a booth at $44/hour, which includes all the amenities listed, a table (as seen in photos), WiFi and utilities. Discounts are offered for weekly or monthly requests.

Alcohol is permitted with appropriate licensing and must be served by licensed individuals.

The furniture can be re-arranged to allow for an event to take place but cannot be used during pop-up shops, events or production shoots.

The space can be rented after store hours, however events cannot go past 1 AM.

For any catered events, cleaning is the responsibility of the guest using the space.

**A security deposit of $500 for catered events will be required, and applied in the event of damages, any additional cleaning and/or any disposal is required. Will be adjusted for all events.

Stacey and Yadder were AMAZING! Their space was beautiful and looked exactly the pictures. Our guests were very impressed with the space. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and even went out of their way to help us market our event. We definitely would book this space again in the future.
