The 1,000 square foot storefront provides a unique space for your next cocktail mixer, pop-up gallery, networking party, or any creative event you are hosting! Design elements include reclaimed wooden floors, damask and brick walls, vanity lit mirrors, vintage ceiling tiles, Edison-bulb lighting, and elegant lounge furniture with accents of gold throughout creating a rich, warm environment.

We're a vintage clothing boutique during normal business hours, but arrangements can be negotiated for day events.

Rental price is inclusive of a 1 hour load-out starting immediately after event end time.
Additional time, if needed or requested is subjected to additional fees.

All spaces will be available at 6pm – 10pm; if you would like us to be closed before 6pm, additional fees can be negotiated.

Furnishing can be removed for a fee of $1,500. We want to make every event here a special and welcoming experience. We ask that only our staff rearrange and move any furnishings, nothing removed unless approved by the Owner. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. No glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is allowed on site. Only low tack tape is allowed on our floors and wall. Any damage will be charged after your event.

There is absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on premises or within 25-feet of the building including loitering or congregating outside on the sidewalk at any time during the event.

Please be aware the premises are located below residential units and therefore, neighborhood noise regulations do apply. DJ or live music presenters are welcome as along as there is no disturbance. Music must end by 10:00pm.
