Access to bathrooms, refrigerator, beverages, and sitting area. Additional Lobby/Bar and Courtyard areas available for an additional $100 per day, plus a staffing fee of $20/hour. Staffing fee applies outside of normal operating hours of Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:00pm.
