Welcome to FiDi’s newest, most stylish event venue. At over 6,000 sq. ft., the space is perfect for cocktail receptions, corporate events, and everything in between. The space features in-house AV, versatile conference rooms, sleek bleacher-style seating, designer lounge furniture, chandeliers, and a state-of-the-art kitchen.
Minimum Booking: 6 hours
CLEANUP POLICY: Our cleaning crew will clean the space after your event, including sweeping and mopping, cleaning the bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces and windows.
You will be responsible for the removal of decoration, displays, equipment, and other materials by the end of your event. The venue must be left in same condition as it was initially found. A fee will be incurred if event space is not returned to its initial condition due to any damages caused by guests.
SPACE OCCUPATION POLICY: You may not occupy event space beyond time specified in contract. Overtime fees will be applied.
FOOD, BEVERAGE AND ALCOHOL RULES: We are happy to accommodate the vendors of your choosing, provided they meet our building insurance requirements. You may also consult our list of preferred vendors. We require you to provide a certificate of insurance that covers your vendors. If you are serving alcohol, your or your caterer's policy should include Host Liquor Liability.
