We manage several locations in NYC. Each space has an on-site representative. Our customer experience team has been working in the events and production industry for 5+ years. We have a hands-on approach and are here to assist you if needed. Our customer experience team can coordinate all your booking needs such as catering, food and beverage, entertainment and rentals. Let us coordinate the logistics for vendors you already know you want to work with or we can also reach out to our large network of some of NYC's best caterers and vendors tailored to your budget and preferences.

Once you book the space, before you arrive, the space will be prepped and spotless ready for you to use. When you arrive, the on-site rep will check you in, assist you to load in your equipment, set up all the tech you need and will be available (but out of your way) on-site the entire time in case you need assistance. After your booking, the on-site rep will help you load-out your equipment.

COI is mandatory for all productions, offsite meetings and events. For Individuals - we can help you sort this out using our trusted COI supplier which is very affordable.

Prices shown in this listing are our minimum before qualifying your reservation. Additional fees may apply once we have a full understanding of your project such as: total number of attendees, start and end of your reservation, vehicles involved in your project (production), amount of EQ to load-in and load-out, etc.

Cleaning fee
Our cleaning fee depends on the type of activities you and attendees will be performing in our space. Additional cleaning fees may apply based on activity category, number of attendees, your requirements and other conditions, all of which will be agreed upon before your booking.

On-site rep fee
We require an on-site rep fee that is included in the breakdown of our pricing. The fees are dependent on the type of activity and the start and end time of the reservations, all of which will be agreed upon before your booking.

- The client agrees to abide by all NYC Fire Department regulations.
- No subletting or sharing of the space to or with any other company.
- No bicycles are allowed inside.
- No smoking.
- No animals (with the exception of licensed service animals).
- Please leave the space in the same condition you found it.

FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT
- Furniture and all provided equipment should be treated with care.
- Additional equipment should be handled with care and returned to the office. Renter/Client will be held responsible for any damage inflicted on studio equipment while in their possession.

PLEASE ASK FOR ASSISTANCE TO:
- Move furniture
- Turn on or change air conditioners
- Operate Equipment

If a client/tenant, representative or group should violate any terms of this agreement, the owner of the space has the right to immediately evict any and all such persons including any and all associated with said person, without reimbursement.
