Our space is a shared office space for creatives and tech innovators located in the Riverside neighborhood. The rooftop is located on the 5th floor and is available for booking for corporate, networking events, and shoots/filming.

Cleaning Fee: $150
Minimum Booking: 4 hours

If the Client has overrun the times of arranged rental period and continues to occupy premises without pre-arranged authorization or payment an additional usage fee will be charged at the one or one-and-a-half times hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
The cleaning fee is an additional charge of $150.
Space must be vacated, all outside items brought into space must be removed, all furniture must be put back by the end of the booking.
Guest should always account for at least 30 min set-up and set-down time.
To complete the booking client will sign and accept Peerspace Terms and Conditions, in addition to the Short-Term Rental Agreement provided by the Landlord.
Service Tax (HST) of 13% will be added to the total Rental Fee amount.
The client agrees to hire a minimum of 1 security guard for the duration of the event, or at a minimum of 5 hours. The client hereby agrees to pay directly to the Security Company the total sum based on the hourly rate of $38.40 + HST per guard.
We have extra furniture available, which includes: 8 folding chairs and 4 folding tables.
Please notify in advance if you require any additional furniture.
No smoking allowed on the rooftop or within the building. No glitter or confetti. No cooking, no open flame.
The client agrees not to serve any Liquor through the duration of the event
(Subject to Landlord written approval and authorities permits will be provided to The Landlord)
If the client causes any loud noise and interferes with the other neighbors around the building or/and the Client did not follow the Landlord/Property Manager’s instructions, this will trigger the client's default of agreement and the client to be responsible for any legal issues or fines by the City of Toronto.
