More than just a photography studio, we like to think of it as an imagination space. Whether it's a fashion presentation or non-profit fundraiser, our 2000 sq ft studio is equipped to help house your event.
Our building is adjacent to the world-famous High Line, which changes with the seasons but is perfect all year round. The space also receives beautiful natural light all day long.
The space has a kitchen, complete with sink, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machines, convection toaster oven, plates and cutlery. It has access to three 6' white trestle tables, two 4' black tables, one 8' white trestle table, all free of charge with enough notice. It also has up to 80 black, foldable chairs, at $2/chair. **Evening prices (6-11pm) are + $50/hour or +$200 for daily rate. If your group is small, daily price can be discounted. Equipment and gear is included with event bookings. We have a LG 3D projector, Sony sound system, espresso machine and a swing to boot.

Our rental fee includes relevant cleaning services after your event.
You are able to bring in external food and beverage. If you are able to provide a liquor license, this is preferred. However, alcohol is able to be served as long as guests are not charged for drinks.
Typical events usually bump in between 6-7pm, event takes place between 7-10pm and bump out is between 10-11pm. Our passenger elevator closes at 11pm on weeknights and 6pm on weekends. Additional elevator fees apply for after hour use.
Event insurance is required for each event. More details will be provided upon booking.
