This downtown art gallery offers a unique opportunity to host your event in a 3,200 square foot, street level, open-concept venue located in a prime location in Vancouver City Center. This spacious venue offers mingling room for up to 150 guests amongst walls adorned with original artwork by legendary masters Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dali, Marc Chagall and Joan Miro.

RATES
Bookings are accepted for a minimum of two hours at reasonable rates.
Monday - Saturday, 7:00 pm - late
Sunday - 5:00 pm-late
$196/hour (incl. 12% tax)

Monday - Saturday, 10:00 am-7:00 pm
Sunday, 12:00 pm – 5 pm
$252/hour (incl. 12% tax)

Special arrangements for non-profit and art related organizations.
We recommend booking a minimum of 14 days in advance.

CATERING
You may hire any catering service of your choice.
Ask us for our in-house catering option.

EVENT PARKING
There are several parking options within a one block radius of the gallery and street parking is also available. Bus and Skytrain station is a very short walk from the gallery. For freight loading and unloading, there is a loading dock located on site. Please discuss at time of booking.

SET-UP & TEAR-DOWN TIME
The hours you book are to also include set-up and take town time. For extended set-up time and takedown time, please add additional time 30-60 minutes to your event booking. Larger set ups may be booked for the evening prior to the event.

INSURANCE AND EVENT LICENSING
A mandatory fee of $75 is added to initial costs for insurance which covers any unlikely damages that may accrue on property and/or works of art.
