Our space is a perfect venue for a unique and unforgettable event or conference. We offer a spacious and stunning environment that is original in every sense of the word.
Built in 1916 by Edith Shepherd Fabbri, great granddaughter of Cornelius Vanderbilt, the mansion contains original Baroque and Italian Renaissance furnishings and boasts a 1,400 sq. ft. 16th century library. One block from Central Park and close to Museum Mile, the Mansion is ideal for both a small intimate gathering or larger reception for up to 120 guests.
The House works with a select group of approved caterers who can take care of your culinary needs.
*Listed rates based on full house rental. Individual spaces priced accordingly. Staff overtime outside of 9 AM - 5 PM. Rentals not included. Film shoots, tv shoots, and photo shoots have increased security deposit of $5000.

1. Because we're in a residential neighborhood events must finish at 10 p.m.
2. The House contains many 17th century pieces of furniture some of which cannot be moved. A list of these is available on request. A list of guidelines is available on request also.
3. Clients are required to sign a contract outside of thisopenspace.
