White Painted Brick Warehouse Venue

Warehouse XI is a blank slate for your style. White painted brick walls, black concrete floors and over-sized glass windows give an industrial feel to any event and our space can be transformed to suit your needs. We are located in Union Square.

We have capacity for 150 people and our pricing starts at $1500, Monday - Thursday and starts at $2,500 on the weekends. Please be aware that each day of the week is subject to different pricing and that pricing ranges based on season.

We have two available spaces, one that is perfect for smaller gatherings such as bridal showers, baby showers, small birthday parties or dinners, or wedding ceremonies, and the other which is perfect for larger gatherings including wedding receptions, cocktail parties, dance parties, art shows and large birthday parties and bar mitzvahs.
