1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: after 9AM
Check-out: before 9AM
Unless prior arrangement has been made. You're welcome to request an early check-in or late check-out, and we'll be happy to accommodate it whenever possible.
If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, a fine of $150 CAD will be charged. This fee is applied to any unauthorized late check-out between 9AM and 11AM. Any guest who is still in the unit after 11AM will be charged for an extra day. This, of course, does not apply if our team has approved a late check-out in advance.
2. Partying & Smoking
We have a strict partying and smoking policy. Parties, loud music and excessive noise are not allowed at any time in the unit – breaking this rule will incur a $500 CAD fine.
This is a 100% smoke-free building and smoking is prohibited everywhere on the premises and subject to bylaws. Breaking this rule will incur a $500 CAD fine and immediate cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Use of Balcony/Patio
Balconies and patios need to be kept neat and clean at all times. No rugs, towels, laundry, clothing, appliances, or other items can be stored, hung or draped on railings or other portions of balconies or patios. No misuse of the space is permitted, including but not limited to, throwing, spilling or pouring liquids or other items, whether intentionally or negligently, over the balconies or patios.
4. Prohibited Conduct
As our guests, we urge you not to: disturb or threaten the rights, comfort, health, safety, or convenience of others (including our agents and employees) in or near the building.
As our guest, you agree to communicate and conduct yourself at all times in a lawful, courteous, and reasonable manner when interacting with our employees, agents, independent contractors, and vendors; other residents, occupants, guests or invitees or any other person on the premises. You also agree not to engage in abusive behaviour, either verbal or physical, or any form of intimidation or aggression directed at our employees, agents, independent contractors, and vendors; other residents, occupants, guests or invitees; or any other person on the premises.
You take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
You take full responsibility for any items lost or damaged while on the premises or its facilities. This applies for both guests' personal items, as well as items that belong to the property owner. If you did forget something, we always find it and make sure it gets back to you.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, please let us know immediately. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above house rules.
