Would you like to rent a showroom for your events? We have the perfect space for you!
Located in the heart of the Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie borough, 5 minutes from the Rosemont metro station (orange line), our room is the perfect place to host a reception, a corporate event or a conference.
With a surface area of 1075 square meters (100 m2), the space accommodates a maximum of 113 people.
Amenities: fridge, sound system, adjustable lighting, toilets, 4 tables, 40 chairs and wifi.
FEES AND POLICY
We are always delighted to welcome all kinds of events here. The process is simple and we are flexible.
The rental of the room is subject to the availability of the cultural programming. In addition, the organization is open to the public as part of its usual activities.
The timetables available for the events are from Tuesday to Saturday:
• Tuesday from 10 am to 5 pm
• Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 12:30 to 7 pm
• Saturday from 11 am to 5 pm
Outside these business hours, overtime will be charged.
The fees :
• Half day (4 h) : 350$
• Day (7 h) : 550$
The expenses included the presence of a Artotheque employee from installation time until the end of your event to answer your questions, to assist you when needed and to ensure the safety of the art pieces. Additional costs, if necessary : Technical assistance : $ 25 / hour (minimum of 2 hours)
Minimum Booking: 4 hours
Service and sale of alcohol:
- The customer must apply for a liquor license with RACJ for the service or the sale of alcohol at your event.
