Please note- we are taking all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our building. Common areas are disinfected daily, as is our individual studio. Before and after each booking we take an attentive approach to wiping down all entrance handles, table spaces, racks, steamer, changing area, etc. Masks, hand sanitizer, gloves and Lysol spray are available at all times.
————————————————Spacious, chic fashion styling studio up for use as a photo studio, retail pop-up location, or small gathering event space for the holidays. Currently set up as Fashion Styling and Costume Design Studio Office, but ample space for a seamless backdrop, lights, and equipment for small scale photo shoots. Great morning light with 2 large east facing windows, table for computer or tech equipment, fitting room space for talent changing area. Could also be used as a small pop-up gallery or retail space for the holidays. Guests are able to use the 511 sq. ft. studio, as well as the washroom. The common lobby area can be used for guests who are arriving or waiting for an uber. Conveniently located at the side of the building with it's own access door making it easy to bring in equipment or stock. Rolling racks, hangers & garment steamer provided. Can also move out large desk for the day for more space. *Basic kitchen is NOT located within unit, but in a common area next to the shared washrooms in building. There is also a cafe right across the street in our sister building for your convenience (open 8-4 daily)
