What is Dead Stock Depot
The Dead Stock Depot is Toronto’s first-ever established vintage and urban streetwear marketplace, curating the best streetwear vendors & manufacturers, as well as artists and collectives that Toronto has to offer.
The Dead Stock Depot offers customers a tangible opportunity to shop Canada’s largest collection of rare vintage and modern streetwear garments & artwork, while also interacting face to face with some of their favorite brand representatives, and getting involved with the local streetwear community.

Setup time for vendors is 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on the morning of February 18th. The event will start at 1:00 pm sharp. We require that all vendors remain open and at their booths during The Dead Stock Depot hours of operation, which is between 12pm-7pm.

Minimum Booking: 8 hours
All Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and free of hazards. No one is permitted to leave or discard merchandise, boxes or cartons on The Dead Stock Depot Flea Market premises.
All trash must be removed by the vendor. The Dead Stock Depot WILL be responsible for the disposal of the trash for you. Vendors may not place items for display or sale outside of their designated area or in any walkway or aisle. Aisles and walkway are to be kept clear for customer traffic at all times. All merchandise must be removed from spaces at the end of the day. Vendors will conduct themselves in a professional, courteous manner at all times. The use of loud, profane or abusive language is not permitted. The consumption of alcoholic beverages at any time on The Dead Stock Depot Flea Market is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the market and be banned from future selling. Setup time for vendors is 10:00am to 12:00pm. The event will start at 12:00pm sharp. We require that all vendors remain open and at their booths during The Dead Stock Depot hours of operation, which is between 12pm-7pm. We do understand that sometimes situations may require a vendor to leave early; however, repeat offenders may be banned from future selling. Vendors who reserve booths and do not show up within 60 minutes of the scheduled set up time will forfeit their reservation and payment. If you do not show up at all, and you have pre-paid for your reservation, no refunds will be given. Vendor is responsible to carry the appropriate licensing for their business.Vendors are responsible to collect and report the appropriate sales tax where applicable. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold the Dead Stock Depot Flea Market harmless against all claims for injury and damage to persons and/or property arising from or in any way related to Vendors rental of space from The Dead Stock Depot Flea Market. Vendor assumes all risk and liability for injury, damage or loss due to theft, accident or negligence.
