Spacious Studio Near Union Square

- Cleaning fees and security deposit may be required for certain types of events and classes.
- The Client agrees to abide by all NYC Fire Department regulations.
- No subletting or sharing of the space to or with any other company.
- No smoking.
- No animals (with the exception of licensed service animals)
- Please leave the space in the same condition you found it. Renter/Client will be held responsible for any damage inflicted on studio equipment while in their possession.

PLEASE ASK FOR ASSISTANCE TO:

- Turn on air conditioners / heaters
- Move furniture
- Operate equipment

LIABILITY WAIVER:

The owner of the space and any of its associates, employees and family are neither responsible nor liable for any accident, injury or damage sustained or the premises. Furthermore the guest will be solely responsible for the care and safekeeping of all property brought to, or left in, the studio, office, or elsewhere in the building and the guest will be liable for any injury to persons or damage to property occurring as a result of the guest use of the studio. Guest agrees to not hold the owner of the space responsible relating to guest use of the space.

If guest, representative or group should violate any terms of this agreement, the owner of the space has the right to immediately evict any and all such person including any and all associated with said person, without reimbursement.
