Our brand new work and event space features a modular stage that can be stacked into a hangout space (pictured) or easily formed into a stage, theatre in the round, separate small stages for exhibitions or market events, or riser seating for presentations. As a workspace and formal event space, we offer large tables that easily dismantle for a quick changeover, and chairs (either office or dining). Anything that the space features but that you do not require will be cleaned away and stored by us, at no additional cost.

The space has high ceilings, a garage door that provides lots of lighting and easy access for loading, and is described as industrial modern. There are lots of bright colours in the space, alongside the occasional reminder of the building's industrial past, including exposed brick wall, old (but elegant) piping, and characteristic metal beams.

The space can easily fit 200 people standing, and 90 people seated. The stage can comfortably fit a full band, or can be stripped down to a narrow platform for presentations, etc. It comes with a comprehensive A/V system including a PA system, a mixer, a projector and a screen. Use of the A/V system comes at an additional cost. Prices range from $50 to $500 depending on time and scope.

This listing includes the main event space only. There may be other groups using the rest of the space, including the lounge and bar, which is adjacent to the event space. Other rooms in our location may still be used, but this will not be a nuisance in the event space. There is a separate listing for the event space including the lounge and bar, which will effectively book out the entire space, and which accommodates the serving of alcohol, as well as catering and weddings.
