The main floor has a large modern living and dining room with big windows, one of which overlooks the back yard which backs onto a golf course. The stone fireplace is the feature of the living room. The kitchen if fully functional, but has not been renovated yet. There is a two-piece bathroom on the main floor as well.

Enjoy time outside as well with an open back yard and beautiful views of the first hole of the golf course.

The driveway has room for 4 small vehicles or two larger vehicles and there is free street parking.
