This listing is for the entire building, which includes the first floor gallery, second floor vintage loft, and roof deck. The building can host up to 74 guests.

The loft visually immerses you in nostalgia with its vintage furniture and classic speakeasy vibe. The lovingly renovated interior of original wood and reclaimed metal, with 13-ft ceilings and custom art pieces make a stunning, camera-ready setting for film, photoshoots, or special events.

A 25-person capacity private roof deck opens up to the beautiful city skyline.

The street-level gallery offers a crisp white-brick gallery space with neutral gray concrete floors and walls stretching 15 ft in height — ready to display art or host modern vows. Our Williamsburg location is ideal for pop-ups, sample sales, holding, or private openings.

Building is limited to 74 person capacity for all rentals. We offer the gallery, or second floor loft and roof deck separately.

Music events must end by 12 AM. Building closing time is 1 AM.

For events over 20 guests, a security person and manager are required for an additional fee of $280

We offer use of our full DJ setup, concert piano or drum kit for $500, plus an additional $1,000 security deposit. You may also rent your own system.

COI required for all film, photo shoots, and events

No open fires or exposed candles, and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building

Under no circumstances are guests, equipment or staff allowed anywhere off the wooden roof deck. Exceptions can be made for shoots. A roof protection plan must be submitted and approved with management one (1) week before the rental. Renters will be responsible for any damage to the roof outside of the deck

We will make our best attempt to return any lost items. However, we are not responsible for any property left behind after your rental. Ensure you, and your guests remove everything before leaving the building
