The Pavilion Boardroom is perfect for your next meeting. With natural light, video-casting and screen-conferencing, a mini fridge and phone, you can host a meeting of up to 3 guests in this room during COVID restrictions.
With your booking you will have access to the kitchenette located in Pavilion 34 W7 which is equipped with Nespresso coffee, tea, filtered tap water, and microwaves. The phone booths and Pavilion Kitchenette is also accessible to all members and guests during your booking*.
Pavilion Cowork requires that all guests abide by the company's COVID protocols and procedures during this time, for the health and safety of all guests and members. Please note that weekend requests are bookable at $100 per hour.

Choose from our list of certified vendors for catering. Alcohol is permitted only with the proof of a special events liquor license for the day of your event. Must be shown prior to your booking date.
We can provide HDMI cables for screen-casting, and can provide USB-C adapters upon request. There is a USB connection for video conferencing. We do not provide any additional adapters or cords, so please have this prepared prior to your scheduled meeting.
Unfortunately there are no pets allowed in Pavilion Cowork.
There is a Nespresso machine in the Pavilion boardroom as well as tea for your use during your meeting.
