Normal hours 9 to 5 pm. Host may require to be onsite during partial occupation of the space, depending on the nature of use.
No smoking, partying, recreational drugs or pets please.
Since we are in an upscale residential area, we want to respect our friendly neighbors and have noise curfew at 10 pm.
Long term guests are to adhere to the normal available hours and should not be expected to stay overnight.
