GREAT FOR POP-UP RETAIL, with a windowed retail storefront, the studio has a high 12-13' ceiling throughout, and can be dressed for retail, as an ART GALLERY or loft-style creative work space. The studio space totals 1,900 sq ft, with 1,500 sq ft of flexible, open floor space, and 100 linear feet of white gallery walls. The studio is just up the street from Warner Bros. Studio, in the desirable Magnolia Park neighborhood, with free street parking in front and three reserved spaces in the back. Ground-level access, with a custom-designed 10'x10' loading door at the back for easy load in.

Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in, setup, tear down, and clean up.
All materials you bring to the studio, must leave with you.
$150 prep and cleaning fee.
We require that guests notify us of any damage, and a walk-through is required before and after all bookings.
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Alcohol can be served at your event, but not sold, unless through a caterer with the proper license/permits. You are responsible for providing security for all events with alcohol. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. If found to be present, client will be asked to dispose of immediately. Failure to cooperate will result in immediate halt of the rental without refund of any remaining time.
Client is responsible for securing needed tables and chairs. The studio has a few tables and chairs in the space, and we can provide a list of rental companies upon request. Written approval is required for any early delivery or late pickup of rental items.
Client may decorate the studio as long as there is no damage to walls, floors, mirrors, furnishings, equipment, etc. Decorations must be approved before use. No smoke/fog machines. No glitter, silly string, duct tape allowed in the studio.
