Minimalist Event Space

Hello!
This modern home in Central Tsawwassen (Vancouver suburb) is ideal for photography shoots, short videos, movie productions, corporate meetings, and small gatherings/parties. It features large windows for plenty of natural light, great outdoor spaces including an inground pool as well as a ping pong table.

You are more than welcome to move furniture and decor around to create customized sets. You can also bring your own equipment and install the backgrounds you want.
All main areas of the house are available including yard and backyard pool area. Bathroom is located upstairs. Bedrooms are not available for use for a day event. If it is an ongoing production we can make them available and relocate. (Different pricing will apply, please enquire within)

Full kitchen and bathroom are available.
Parking is available in the garage and in the driveway, as well as some street parking. There is also a park nearby for additional parking/crew etc.

9:00am to 5.00pm
