A transformed old fashioned canteen, is an art piece of its own in a newly furnished lounge and patio. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, networking spaces, or any event worth celebrating outdoors this summer.
Set in a garden-style court, this space provides the intimacy of a courtyard with the convenience of a downtown restaurant patio. It is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk from Union Station. Paid parking is available on-site.
The price is for exclusive use of the patio up to 200 guests. Please inquire if interested in shared use for smaller groups of 75 guests or less. If consuming alcohol, the capacity changes from 200 to 143 as per liquor license laws.
~Things to know~
Catering: No outside food is permitted with the exception of cake & desserts for a landmark fee of $25-$50. Please inquire for a look at our event food menu. Custom Menus available upon request.
Alcohol: You may bring your own wine for a corkage fee of $25/bottle. All other alcohol must be purchased from the venue.
Sound: We automatically play a set playlist with a combination Top 40 hits but this can be turned up or down upon request. You may bring your own music & sound system as long as it is played at a reasonable sound level. DJs are subject to approval.
Time: We operate from the hours of 11am-9pm Monday-Friday & closed to the public on Friday-Saturday. Extended hours after closing is available for an additional fee during the week. If booking on a weekend, there is a minimum spend/rental requirement of $2000.
Equipment Rentals: $50 each for Microphone, A/V Rental, & Plasma Screen TV
